We offer both our own Organic Fitzgerald House blend wholesale to Cafés, Restaurants and Corporate offices, as well as our unique "roasting to order" service to meet specific preferences and create individual House brands. We welcome enquiries from customers in the food ingredient industry.
Our own blend, named Fitzgerald, is a dark Italian style roast - full flavoured and balanced with sweet notes and velvety crema. This versatile coffee is equally good in black and milk based coffees, and performs well in Espresso and plunger type coffee makers.
