Italian Coffee Company obtained AsureQuality Certification for Organic Roasting in 2010 in response to a customers demand for Certified Organic coffee that met the demands of International end users. As a boutique sized operation, we were able to put into place the structures and procedures to gain AsureQuality Certification and see this as our point of difference in the marketplace. Our partnership with reputable Importers of green beans ensures beans are sourced from suppliers who respect a legacy of working the land in a sustainable way to provide you with a proof of a clear traceability, sustainability and responsibility in the chain.
