Italian Coffee Company was established in 2009 with the arrival of our 12kg Probat roaster from Germany, now gracing the front window of our building at 14 Fitzgerald Ave, Christchurch.
We obtained AsureQuality Certification in 2010, making us the only Certified Organic roaster in Christchurch.
Our small batch roasting is the key to our ability to create unique and individual coffee blends or single origin roasts, specific to your requirement. We work together with our customers to source, roast and blend Organic coffee beans exactly the way you like them. Of course, our own Fitzgerald house blend is a favourite ready to go coffee, in 1kg and 3 kg bags _ whole or ground.
